Jim, I don't know if you didn't receive my cellular call due to the poor reception problems in the hill country, but I would like for you to forward this email to your boss. I am pretty sure he knows that he has a top notch manager, but I want him to rest assured that your staff is outstanding as well to say the least. I can only say that the Record Buck Ranch is second to none in game and atmosphere, and that you have done a wonderful job in creating and cultivating a premier hunting environment with five star accommodations. I know that you are very proud of your son, just let me say that he is as attentive and as gracious a host as his dad. You have done a great job there as well! You told me a story of your boss and how you wished to learn how he managed to be so highly thought of and respected by his many employees. Well let me just say that you learned the secret and your staff really appreciates the way you lead by example and believe me they really respect and appreciate you. My father couldn't stop talking about how he never expected that there was a place like this in Texas. He is planning to return soon with our sons and my sisters sons for another hunt. My father keeps saying; that when it is all said and done all you have are the memories. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for providing my family with the attention and the experience of a lifetime. I know that I and probably all of my brothers will be back with their friends and family to make even more memories. I applaud your boss for having the will and foresight to make the Record Buck Ranch into what I consider a "Texas Treasure" that will soon be discovered in a big way. Kristine, I just wanted to take the time to say we all had a wonderful time at Record Buck! It was more than we were expecting and your staff from the kitchen to the guides were all GREAT! We had a truely wonderful experience. We will be back for sure. Terry is hooked on hog hunting with spears now and will be back again just for that. LOL! Our trip to Record Buck Ranch was by far the best vacation my wife and I have ever been on. From the great staff to the outstanding meals, Record Buck Ranch is a top notch outfit. Cricket, our eagle eyed guide, put on some of the best trophy animals I have ever seen. We can’t say enough about how much fun we had, and we are currently planning our next trip back for some more. would like to take a moment to tell you how impressed I was with my hunt at Record Buck. From top to bottom I cannot say enough about it. First of all the facility's were by far the best I have bean to and My Guide Cody worked hard to get me a great trophy and made sure I was Happy every second. The Cook was by far better than any five star restaurant chief and I am not talking about one good meal they were all great! It was just unbelievable. I plan to come back next year for sure.
